Executive Assistant, Stokenchurch

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support Rachel Harris in her dynamic and fast-paced role as a business owner, public speaker, and content creator.

The ideal candidate will thrive in managing multiple responsibilities, have excellent attention to detail, and work independently to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Support

  • Process and organise paperwork efficiently.
  • Manage inboxes, prioritising messages and drafting responses when appropriate.
  • Arrange meetings both in person and remotely, including calendar management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to ensure Rachel can operate at a high level.

Recruitment & HR Coordination

  • Manage recruitment administration, ensuring seamless hiring processes.
  • Schedule and arrange first and second-stage interviews.
  • Maintain correspondence with candidates in a professional and timely manner.
  • Keep the recruitment tracker updated with accurate details.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for successful candidates.
  • Create and manage welcome packs for new staff.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new team members.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining employee contracts as required.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of problem-solving independently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Salary

Suggested salary range: £30,000–£40,000 per annum
