Location: Manchester (M1 4DZ) or Stokenchurch (HP14 3FE)

Salary: £26,000–£35,000 per annum (plus performance-based bonus of £5,000–£12,000)

We’re looking for a New Business Consultant to join our dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm. This role is ideal for someone who excels in client relationships, has a natural ability to convert leads into loyal clients, and enjoys working in a values-driven, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

As a New Business Consultant, you will:

• Handle prospective client calls with professionalism and warmth, ensuring alignment with our core values
• Keep our prospective client pipeline up to date, ensuring accuracy and proactivity.
• Follow up with prospective clients, building relationships to convert them into long-term clients
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate sales and onboarding processes for efficiency
• Pitch tailored services that match client needs, always prioritising quality and long-term relationships
• Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into working with us
• Proactively engage with existing clients, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for upselling relevant services

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with and understand client needs
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring an efficient and structured approach
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience in sales, client onboarding, or a similar role where relationship-building was key
• A genuine enthusiasm for business growth, financial success, and delivering outstanding service

Location

This role is based at either our Manchester (M1 4DZ) or Stokenchurch (HP14 3FE) office.

While we offer hybrid working arrangements after the probationary period, our team is required to attend the office a minimum of one day per week. Additionally, during the induction period, we ask team members to be in the office for at least one month to ensure they’re fully supported and integrated into our processes and culture.
