Running a business requires registration with HMRC.
This can be done by post or online. Once registered the business will need an online account with HMRC, know as a Government Gateway account. The account will include details of all relevant business taxes such as corporation tax, PAYE, VAT, CIS etc. Without the online account you will not be able to file returns electronically.
This can be a confusing process for new businesses which is why we offer a flat fee solution of £50 per registration. This includes setting-up the tax on your account, linking with your accounting software and demonstrating how to review your account.
For most businesses this task is just another nuisance, we offer this solution as a notional fee so you can take off of your to-do list and provide you with a contact should there be any issues. We are also able to offer support to clients that want to carry out the registrations themselves and are looking to keep fees to a minimum in their first year of business.
Convenience and care are our core strengths. By focusing our services around these principles we have developed long lasting relationships with our clients. See below for how.
We want our clients to have choice and so we use all the major accounting packages to help them work with the best solution for their business.
We want our clients to be stress free, so we meet at their premises, respond promptly to queries and accept calls out of normal working hours.
We want our clients to receive a technical service, so all our work is signed off by either a qualified accountant, chartered tax adviser or tax specialist.
Most importantly, we take interest in our clients as we love what we do. We encourage regular and open discussions to avoid focusing on standard compliance and spend more time discussing development of their businesses.
