Registering with HMRC

Registering with HMRC

All businesses, whether trading or dormant need to register with HMRC.

Once registered they then need to set-up an online portal, register for any taxes that may be relevant to them and submit returns for those taxes.

Setting up an online portal and registering for taxes can be time consuming and confusing. We offer a registration service as part of our ‘setting up a business’ services.

For businesses already registered with HMRC we provide ‘tax compliance’ services for PAYE, CIS, VAT and business taxes such as Corporation Tax and preparing Partnership/Sole-trader returns. Included in these services are regular reviews to consider if you are on the most beneficial schemes and reporting periods, as well as communicating the best practice to ensure you are not over-paying any taxes.

We also offer support with HMRC investigations and general enquiries as well as a case management service if you would prefer to have less involvement.
