For the majority of our clients we provide on-going support as part of the package.

We also provide a retainer service with an out of hours contact line for businesses that are constantly looking to further develop their understanding of their software and plan on integrating additional third party software.

Where the software customer support may not be prompt enough for your needs or you carry out finances out of normal working hours, our fixed fee retainer may be the solution.

You can contact us via our app, e-mail and phone. Our fees are fixed, monthly and there are no notice periods, should you decide you no longer need our help.
