Incorporating a company/becoming a Limited company can be a daunting process. Choosing the most appropriate share type, number and allotment of shares may not be important at the time of registering but should be considered if the business has plans to grow, take on new shareholders and incentivise staff.

For basic incorporations we offer a flat fee of £250, which will also include registering the company with HMRC and setting the business up with a government gateway account for HMRC online services. These are often forgotten as they are not needed until an online return is required to be submitted.

For new businesses we offer a reduced price/complementary walkthrough where year-end accounts and company tax return services are provided, as we understand that in the early stages of business cash flow is vital.
