The Migration becomes a two step process with additional reconciliations required between each product. The risk of error increases as well as down time between the different departments.
We have a strict process in place to ensure retention of information and carry out a post Migration review to ensure all balances agree. For complicated migrations we also provide a one month cooling down support period for anything that may crop up. This is include as part of the original fee and any updates can be completed remotely or in person.
Follow up training is available post migration to ensure happy staff and smooth processing.
